These serum airless bottles use PETG for the outer layer. The inner layer uses PP with EVOH (oxygen barrier layer). The pump is an airless pump. Assembly happens in a clean room. Every bottle goes through a vacuum leak test at -0.09 MPa for 30 seconds. Pressure drop must be under 0.002 MPa. Our QC follows AQL 0.4. Workers check 100% of the bottles.
These bottles leave less than 0.8% of the serum inside. You use almost every drop. Oxygen transmission is under 0.1 cc/pkg·day. That is perfect for vitamin C and retinol. A US brand made 20% vitamin C serum. Vitamin C oxidizes easily. We gave them the EVOH airless bottle. They tested for three months. The serum did not change color. Their first order was 20,000 sets.
