This empty water spray bottle uses PETG or HDPE for the body. PETG is very clear. HDPE is more drop-resistant. We make the bottle on our blow molding machines. Wall thickness tolerance is ±0.1 mm. Transparency is over 90%. The spray pump is our own product. After assembly, we test 100% of the bottles for spray function. We also do an air tightness test at 0.2 MPa for 30 seconds. No air leak is allowed. There is a silicone gasket between the bottle neck and the pump. We test the bottle upside down for 24 hours. No drop of liquid comes out.
You get the bottle and the pump together. That saves you sourcing time. Capacities are 30ml, 50ml, 100ml, and 200ml. You can also order other sizes. The materials are recyclable. They meet EU REACH rules. A US travel brand needed a complete set for their travel bottles. We gave them a 50ml PETG bottle with a spray pump. They tested the air tightness and liked it.
