These body lotion pump bottles use HDPE or PET. HDPE is more drop-resistant. PET is clearer. We make them on our 12 blow molding machines. The wall thickness is uniform. The bottom is thicker to prevent tipping. The neck thread is standard 28/400. It fits our lotion pump. Each batch goes through a drop test from 1.5 meters. We also do a stack test with four layers for 48 hours. No deformation is allowed. Workers check 100% of the bottles.
The bottle has a curved shape on both sides. Your hand grips it comfortably. The pump gives 2 to 5 ml each press. A Guangzhou body lotion brand needed a 500ml large bottle.
