These plastic lotion tubes have a three-layer structure. The outer layer is PE. The middle layer is EVOH for oxygen barrier. The inner layer is PE. We produce them on co-extrusion tube machines. Tube diameters range from 19mm to 50mm. Length is customizable. Each batch goes through an oxygen transmission test and a burst pressure test (at least 0.4 MPa). Workers check 100% of the tubes for appearance.
The oxygen transmission rate is under 0.5 cc/pkg·day. That is good for oil-based or easily oxidized formulas. A Japanese hand cream brand needed a 50ml tube. We gave them the PE/EVOH/PE structure. They tested the oxygen barrier and liked it. Their first order was 100,000 tubes. Now they reorder every quarter. You can print up to 6 colors. The print is clear and wear-resistant. MOQ is 10,000 pieces. Sample takes 7 to 10 days for existing molds. Delivery is 20 to 30 days. We can help you with tube design. You can ask for a third-party test.
