This vacuum cosmetic travel container uses PETG for the bottle body. It is clear and drop-resistant. The inner bottle uses PP. The pump is our own airless pump. After assembly, we do a 100% vacuum seal test at -0.08 MPa for 30 seconds. The bottom piston uses TPE. It fits tightly against the bottle wall. Our QC team takes samples every two hours.
