These portable travel bottles use LFGB-grade silicone or PET for the body. Silicone can handle temperatures from -40°C to 230°C. The lid uses PP. The silicone parts are compression molded. The edges are smooth. Each batch goes through a pressure test. We squeeze the bottle 500 times. No break. We also do a sealing test. We fill the bottle with water and squeeze it. No leak is allowed. There is a silicone sealing valve at the mouth. After you open the lid and turn the bottle upside down, it does not drip.
The bottle has scale lines on the body. You can see how much product is left. A German travel product company needed a silicone bottle set.
