This empty foam bottle uses PET or HDPE. PET is clearer. HDPE is more drop-resistant. We produce the bottle on our blow molding machines. The wall thickness is optimized. It can handle the back pressure from a foam pump (up to 0.3 MPa). The bottle neck thread is standard for 28/400 or 32/400 foam pumps. Each batch goes through a burst pressure test. It must reach at least 0.6 MPa. Workers check 100% of the bottles.
When you use this bottle with a foam pump, the air to liquid ratio is 8:1. The foam comes out fine and rich. You can also choose a leak-proof inner plug. A US hand wash company needed a 100ml PET foam bottle for kids. They tested the back pressure and leak-proof performance. They liked it. Their first order was 100,000 pieces. Now they reorder every quarter. Capacities are 100ml, 250ml, and 500ml. MOQ is 10,000 pieces. Sample takes 7 to 10 days. Materials are recyclable and meet FDA standards.
