These airless lotion bottles use PETG or PP for the outer bottle. The inner bottle uses PP or EVOH co-extrusion. EVOH blocks oxygen. The piston uses TPE. We use injection-blow molding. The inner wall is very smooth with no dead corners. Assembly happens in a clean room. Each batch goes through a vacuum hold test. We hold at -0.09 MPa for one minute. Pressure drop must be under 0.005 MPa. Workers check 100% of the bottles for appearance. Our QC follows strict standards.
These bottles leave less than 1% of the product inside. That is better than the industry standard. If you choose the EVOH inner bottle, oxygen transmission is under 0.5 cc/pkg·day. Your cream will not oxidize. Capacities are 15ml, 30ml, 50ml, 100ml, and 150ml. A Swiss anti-aging cream brand needed airless bottles to prevent oxidation. We gave them the EVOH version. They tested for three months. The formula did not change color. Their first order was 20,000 sets. They have worked with us for one year.
