These empty body spray bottles use PETG. We use injection-stretch-blow molding. The bottle body is very clear. The neck thread is standard 24/410. It fits our spray pump. After production, we do a 100% air tightness test at 0.2 MPa. Our QC team takes samples every two hours. They test wall thickness and verticality. Workers check appearance on every bottle.
PETG can hold 70% alcohol solutions. It will not turn white or crack. You can also choose material with UV absorbers. That protects your fragrance from changing flavor. A French body spray brand needed a 50ml PETG bottle. They tested the alcohol resistance and liked it. Their first order was 30,000 pieces. Now they reorder every quarter.
