This dispenser pump dust cap is injection molded from PP. The mold is precise. The inner wall is very smooth. It does not scratch the pump nozzle. Each batch goes through a fit test. The cap must be snug but not too tight. Workers check 100% of the caps for appearance. No black spots or missing material are allowed.
