Our labels and stickers for dispensing bottles use PET, matte silver, or transparent film. The adhesive is eco-friendly. The labels work from -20°C to 80°C. They resist alcohol wiping. We print at 1200 dpi resolution. We can print variable data like QR codes and batch numbers. Each batch goes through a peel strength test. The force must be at least 5 N/25mm. We also do a friction test. Workers check 100% of the labels for print quality.
PET labels can handle brief wiping with acetone or alcohol. They will not smudge. A chemical company in Jiangsu needed solvent-resistant labels for their sample bottles. We gave them PET labels.
