These caps and closures in packaging use PP, PE, or LDPE. We produce them on our 13 injection machines. The internal threads are precise. Each cap has a tamper-evident ring or a liner. Each batch goes through a torque test. Opening torque is between 0.5 and 1.5 N·m. We also do a sealing test. The inner plug fits tightly against the bottle neck. It prevents leakage during transport. Workers check 100% of the caps.
The tamper-evident ring breaks the first time you open the cap. That shows the product is untouched. A US cosmetic company needed tamper-evident caps. We gave them PP caps.
