This screw-on spray pump uses PP for the main body. The thread ring uses HDPE or PP. We check every batch with go/no-go gauges. We also test the tightening torque. It must be between 0.8 and 1.2 N·m. There is an EPDM gasket at the bottom of the thread. We do a vacuum test at -0.08 MPa. No leakage. Workers check 100% of the products for appearance. Our QC team takes samples every two hours. They test spray particle size. The D50 must be under 60 microns.
You can choose the spray pattern you need. We make dry mist, wet mist, or stream. We customize it for you. The spring passes a 5,000-cycle fatigue test. No loss of force. A Japanese disinfection spray company needed an alcohol-resistant screw pump. We gave them the version with a 304 stainless steel spring and an EPDM gasket. They tested it for 10,000 times.
