These plastic chemical barrels use rotational molding. The wall thickness is uniform (at least 3 mm). The barrel has reinforcement ribs. The bottom has fork slots. We do a stack test with three layers for 72 hours. We also do a drop test from 1.8 meters. Workers check 100% of the barrels.
These barrels are good for acids, alkalis, and salt solutions. A chemical plant in Zhejiang needed a 100L closed-head barrel for hydrochloric acid. We gave them the HDPE barrel. They tested the corrosion resistance. No problem. Their first order was 5,000 pieces. Now they reorder every quarter. MOQ for small and medium sizes is 10,000 pieces. For large drums, we can negotiate. Sample takes 7 to 10 days. We can provide dangerous goods certificates. If goods get damaged, we send new ones for free. Our after-sales team follows up.
