Fluorination reduces permeation of non-polar solvents by over 90%. Each batch goes through a solvent permeation test. We use a weight loss method. Weight loss must be under 0.1% after 30 days. Workers check 100% of the bottles.
The bottle comes with a PTFE inner seal gasket. The cap has a tamper-evident ring. A chemical company in Jiangsu packed acetone in regular HDPE bottles. The acetone permeated and evaporated quickly.
