This agrochemical dispensing bottle uses HDPE. We use extrusion blow molding. The bottle has molded-in graduation marks on one side. Each mark is 50 ml apart. The bottle comes with a drip-proof inner plug and a child-resistant cap. Each batch goes through a sealing test and a graduation accuracy test. The error must be within ±2%. Workers check 100% of the bottles.
The inner plug matches the bottle neck angle. After you pour the liquid, the bottle mouth does not drip. A Vietnamese pesticide company needed a 500ml bottle with graduation marks.
