These chemical raw material drums use HDPE. The wall thickness is at least 2.5 mm. The bottom is thicker to prevent puncture. They come with a sealing lid and a tamper-proof hoop. Each batch goes through a drop test from 1.2 meters with 25kg of powder. We also do an air tightness test at 0.04 MPa. Workers check 100% of the drums.
These drums stay tough at -30°C. They will not crack. A Korean chemical material company needed a 50L open-head drum for plastic pellets. We gave them the HDPE drum. They tested drop and stack performance. No problem. Their first order was 30,000 pieces. Now they reorder every quarter. You can add a discharge port or stacking feet. MOQ is 10,000 pieces.
