These agrochemical plastic bottles have a five-layer wall. The layers are HDPE, adhesive, EVOH, adhesive, and HDPE. Oxygen transmission is under 0.2 cc/pkg·day. We do a drop test from 1.8 meters. We also do a stack test with five layers for 72 hours. Every bottle goes through an air leak test at 0.1 MPa. Workers check 100% of the bottles.
These bottles resist common organic solvents. A Brazilian herbicide company needed a 1L HDPE bottle. We gave them the five-layer barrier bottle. They tested the chemical resistance. No leakage. Their first order was 100,000 pieces. Now they reorder every quarter. Capacities range from 100ml to 5L. You can choose child-resistant caps or measuring caps. MOQ is 10,000 pieces.
