These agrochemical plastic drums use HDPE with UV stabilizer. The wall thickness is at least 2 mm. The bottom is thicker. We do a drop test from 1.5 meters with water. We also do a stack test with four layers for 72 hours. The neck finish is 63mm or 80mm. It fits tamper-evident caps. There is a silicone gasket in the neck. The air tightness is 0.05 MPa with no leak. Workers check 100% of the drums.
These drums resist UV light. They will not become brittle after 12 months outdoors. An Australian liquid fertilizer company needed a 20L drum. We gave them the HDPE drum with UV stabilizer.
