This airless pump uses PP and HDPE for the body. The piston uses TPE elastomer. The spring is 304 stainless steel. We make all injection parts on our 13 machines. Assembly happens in a 100,000-class clean room. Each batch of pumps goes through a vacuum test. We hold -0.09 MPa for one minute. No air leak is allowed. We also do a consistency test. The CV value must be below 3%. Our QC team follows AQL 0.65. Workers check 100% of the products for appearance.
This pump leaves less than 2% of the product in the bottle. That saves you money. The pump has a one-way valve. Air does not flow back into the bottle. Your serum will not oxidize.
