This press-down serum pump uses medical-grade PP for the pump core. You can also choose a ceramic piston for better accuracy. The spring is 316L stainless steel. It resists corrosion better than 304. We have a fully automatic vision inspection line. It checks pump height, pressing force, and output volume automatically. Our QC team takes five samples every two hours. They run a 5,000-cycle life test. They also do a vacuum test at -0.1 MPa for 30 seconds. No air leak is allowed. We do 100% inspection on every product.
