As the core container in cosmetic packaging, lotion bottles must balance functionality and safety in their design. Blow molding is one of the key technologies in lotion bottle production. By melting plastic granules at high temperatures and blowing them into a mold, a hollow bottle body is formed. This process allows for precise control of the bottle wall thickness, ensuring uniform container strength. For example, for lotion bottles ranging from 150ml to 400ml, blow molding parameters need to be adjusted according to the capacity to avoid deformation due to excessive thinness or increased costs due to excessive thickness. Combined with a pump head design, the blow-molded bottle body can tightly connect with the pressing structure, forming a reliable sealing system to prevent air from entering and causing the lotion to oxidize and deteriorate.
